You can click "Fullscreen" to read Five by Five without leaving Dreams and Dragons, or "Download" the PDF to read off-line. Alternatively, you can click HERE for a printer friendly version of the rules (no art.)
Hey. I ran accross your game about 6 months ago while collecting info for my own project. Great little game! I have yet to play it, but love the new take on dice rolling concept. The new version looks fantastic! Cheers, and congratulations on a nice publication.
If you click on the image of the Five by Five game to the right it has different links to the file. Including a link to download direct from Google Docs.
I just wanted to let you know that I looked your game over and downloaded it. I am very excited about this system for three main reasons:
1 - It is great for players that struggle with rules.
2- It is artful in that it implies nuance and challenges players to role-play in order to succeed.
3 - It is truly broad in its scope and can easily portray any sort of game in any sort of genre.
Well done Jeff! It would be grate to see some more resource material on hand to flesh out this core system. Ever thought about modules (or adventure paths) or setting specific write ups?

ReplyDeleteIsn't there a simpler way to download, like maybe a link to the file?

Oh, if you click on the "Print on Demand" option, Mag Cloud also has a link to download the electronic version for free.
